Expanding our footprint since 2022
The company's headquarters houses research and development alongside manufacturing operations in Basel, Switzerland. Strategic expansion has included acquiring an additional development and manufacturing facility in Warsaw, Indiana, USA in 2022. In 2025, the company strengthened its presence through two key acquisitions: securing a majority stake in NeoOrtho, a regional orthopaedic company based in Curitiba, Brazil, and completing the full acquisition of KeriMedical, our hand surgery partner. The KeriMedical acquisition not only expanded our expertise in joint replacement but also broadened our surgeon network. This Geneva-based acquisition brought production facilities in Archamps and Besançon, France, into the Medartis Group portfolio.
