Clinical Example

54-year-old patient with secondary dislocation, an intraarticular step-off of 2.5 mm and comminution of the dorsal aspect of the radius following open reduction and internal fixation of a displaced, intraarticular fracture of the distal radius fracture. 

Patient with limited range of motion during flexion, extension, supination and pronation.

The corrective osteotomy was performed using a drilling and cutting guide after the 3D preoperative planning.
